FRUIT GRILL SALAD


     



Fruit Salad Grill Style
What you need:
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, sliced into cubes
  • 1/2 pineapple, sliced into cubes
  • 1/2 watermelon, sliced into cubes
  • 2 peaches, sliced into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar for drizzling
Thread the cubes of cantaloupe, pineapple and watermelon alternately onto skewers. Cook on a pre-heated grill over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side. When ready, allow to cool for a few minutes then remove from skewers. Place grilled fruit on a serving dish then drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Top with fresh basil. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt if desired.
